By accessing or using the services provided by Alignstech Pvt. Ltd., including web development, cloud hosting, and software solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Clients utilizing our cloud hosting or domain registration services must ensure their infrastructure is not used for illegal purposes. You agree not to host, transmit, or distribute:
Alignstech reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate hosting accounts found in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.
Upon final payment for custom web or software development projects, the client retains full ownership of the final deliverables. Alignstech retains the right to use the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed prior to the project's commencement.
All hosting and domain renewal invoices are due on the specified date. Failure to remit payment may result in the suspension of services or loss of domain ownership. Alignstech is not responsible for data loss resulting from unpaid, suspended accounts.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Alignstech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including server downtime, data loss, or security breaches.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
